4. Application Fee - A $25.00 non-refundable application is required for each applicant in the form of Money Order, Cashier's Check or cash in EXACT change only. Once application and fee is received it cannot be withdrawn after processing beings. In the event we receive an NSF for application fee payments the application will be declined.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
