*Pets are subject to approval and will require a separate fee to be paid in the amount of $300 nonrefundable. Each additional animal is $150 extra nonrefundable. Owner will have final approval. Restricted breeds will automatically not be approved per insurance restrictions.

*Tenants are responsible for maintaining the lawn among other minor maintenance to include changing filters regularly, pest control, smoke detector batteries, water filters, etc. Owner is responsible for safety and functionality of major systems. Tenant must all carry renter's insurance and provide proof of insurance to RE/MAX before occupancy.

*RE/MAX Properties are all "non smoking" properties. Tenant's will be required to smoke outside and sign a non-smoking addendum. Tenant must also abide by all neighborhood covenants if applicable
