Verifiable income of at least 3x the rent per month. Verified with YTD pay stubs, current pay stubs, or tax returns. 1099 income (self employed) will require tax returns.
No evictions, felonies or bankruptcies. Clean background.
Credit report and background check and fee paid to Sound City Realty ($50.00 per adult who will be residing in home)
