Holding Fee: $218.75(due now to hold the home until move in). This fee is non-refundable prior to occupancy. Once you take occupancy, this fee transfers and becomes part of your refundable security deposit.
Non-Refundable Carpet Cleaning Fee: $0 (No carpet)
Security Deposit: $656.25 (due the day prior to move in)
Administrative Move-In Fee: $50 (due the day prior to move in)
Utility Fee: $50 (due the day prior to move in)
*First Month's Rent: $875 (due the day prior to move in)
