Open House: Thursdays 5:00pm-5:45pm & Sundays 12:00pm-12:45pm - Live/Work Loft with gorgeous sunlight! Developed from a concrete screen printing warehouse a decade ago, BORDER LOFTS has thirty-live/workspaces, each with a second-level mezzanine. Most have the bathroom and laundry on the landing between the two floors. In addition to a washer and dryer, each loft comes with a refrigerator, gas stove, and garbage disposal. Kitchens have high-quality cabinets and granite counters. The floors downstairs are stained concrete; upstairs is carpeted.
Between 43rd and 44th Streets, off Adeline, BORDER LOFTS is centrally located in the heart of the East Bay. It is located just minutes from the freeway and the Bay Bridge. With minimal traffic, downtown San Francisco is fifteen minutes away. Downtown Oakland and Jack London Square are a ten-minute drive to the south; go north for ten minutes and find downtown Berkeley and the UC campus.
The nearest BART (MacArthur Station) is about a fifteen-minute walk from the lofts. Bus service, including AC Transit to San Francisco, is easily accessible three blocks away on San Pablo Avenue.

1. Maintain a Seven-Foot distance from others at all times
2. Wearing a Face Mask is Recommended at all times
3. Only Two Persons will be allowed to enter at the same time (unless you confirm that all attendees are from the same household.)
4. Do Not Enter the Premises if you or anyone you have been in contact with having any symptoms of Covid-19, influenza, or a cold. These symptoms may include but are not limited to: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, and headache.
5. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please leave the premises and immediately get tested
6. We recommend you use hand sanitizer BEFORE and AFTER entering the unit
7. The Showing Assistant will keep the door and window open to promote good airflow (we apologize if it’s cold)
