• Residents pay 95% of water, gas (heat), trash through RealPage (RUBS Billing), averaging $50–$125/month per apartment.
Qualifying Criteria:
-Minimum credit score of 650
-Income equal to 3.0 times the rent amount
-Employment history – 3 years – submit on application
-Positive rental history – 3 years - submit on application
-Background check – 7 years reviewed - public record
-If a co-signer required, must be family member, and apply within 24 hours of initial decision.
