Oh- okayyyy then, Mardel! With a name that lands somewhere between Marty and Meryl you may not know exactly what you’re going to get. But here, at 4983 Mardel 1F, you get a refreshing mix of classic character and modern convenience- yep, we’re talking vintage tile in the bathroom and kitchen, BUT, the kitchen has a dishwasher. Romantic windows, woodwork *and* architecture? All in one, one bedroom with a parking pad out back?? Talk about writing “Mardel” all over the back of my notebook and surrounding it with hearts… Love you Mardel!
W/d hookups in shared basement. Parking pad. Great location!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
