This townhome is approximately 900 square feet. Rent is $1,749/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and electricity in common areas.
