We typically do not allow pets, but could make an exception for a very well-mannered pet. Pet rent would be $35/month.
Smoking is not allowed. Utilities are not included. Tenant will be responsible for lawn care, snow removal, and garden bed maintenance. We are looking for someone to make this place their home, and take care of it as such :)
