Requirements:

There are no application fees required for this application, so long as the applicant provides a copy of a national BCI report, along with a copy of a credit report (AnnualCreditReport.com), both dated within 90 days. If this documentation is not provided, the applicant must pay a $20 credit/background check fee. Credit/background fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

If the above background and credit documents are provided, the applicant may press the skip payment button on the payments page.

We must have this information to process your application. To complete this rental application, you MUST be prepared to provide 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that all properties require that the applicant’s combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Please be prepared to pay the $20.00 background check cost if you do not supply the required National BCI and Credit Reports (valid within 90 days) in order to submit your application. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide proof of your monthly income.

If you skip the fees without providing the required National BCI and Credit Report, WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.

PLEASE NOTE: We require each adult to apply first before scheduling showings. Once approved, a member from our staff will reach out to schedule a showing if you wish to do so before signing a lease.

How to Apply:

-Go to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] -Scroll down to the listing you want to apply for.

-Click on the apply now tab and follow the instructions.

-Each adult (anyone 18+ y.o) living in the unit, regardless of income, fills out an application separately.

-Application filled out for one property can be used for all properties! Application is good for 30 days. If you want to apply for more than one property, reach out to our office in writing after you submit your application. Once an application is submitted, it will not be refunded. Please do not submit more than one application in a 30 day period.

-A representative from our admin team will reach out via phone call or email within 2 working business days with the results and to schedule a final showing or lease signing if approved.
