Lightning fast access to major highways, and a plethora of nearby dining options!
As far as animal companions go, we are cool with one small pupper (up to 20lbs) and two felines of any size for a paltry monthly sum of $25 per fur comrade.
What's our application like? Glad you ask! The application focuses on a few things: First, we check that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. Second, we’re looking to see that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place). And third, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
