SHARED HOUSE: $2,200 - 1 Bedroom + Office + Bath in shared house - Los Angeles - great amenities

Rooms for rent in a SHARED house in South Los Angeles:

House is 3 bed / 2 bath. You would be renting two of the bedrooms (one of which is set up as an office) along with your own private bathroom. The remaining bedroom and bathroom is rented by another tenant who you would be sharing the house with.

This is a shared arrangement with one other tenant in a spacious and lovely expanded 1911 Craftsman Bungalow single family home near USC. You will get two adjoining rooms (office + bedroom) and your own private bathroom. The other tenant is also acting as the property manager. Rental is a six month lease and then defaults to month-to-month when the lease expires.

This is a great arrangement for one or two people who are relocating to Los Angeles - either for work or as student(s) pursuing an advanced degree - and would benefit from having their own office. Its an ideal home for someone in the creative arts.

- Four outdoor community cats live in the back patio area. They are sweet but skittish. Caring for them is optional. Landlord will pay for food and vet bills should you choose to care for them.
