A private bathroom is available by renting the other similarly sized bedroom at the same rate, and one of the rooms can be used as an office. There’s also a shared bathroom downstairs. Common spaces include a large, fully equipped kitchen, family room with a washer/dryer in the garage, and outdoor perks like a shaded patio, BBQ grill, garden, and fenced backyard shared with two friendly resident dogs (no other pets allowed). Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are prohibited. Move-in requires the full security deposit and first month’s rent, and some small furnishings can be removed.
