SUMMARY OF CREDIT REQUIREMENTS -- VERY IMPORTANT: Golden Grove Terrace Apartments, LLC requires the combined gross income of the proposed adult tenants to be at least 3x the monthly rent, and each adult tenant must have a Resident Score (via TransUnion) of A or B and minimum FICO Score of 650 (Resident Scores and FICO scores of multiple tenants cannot be combined/averaged), except as may otherwise be required by applicable law. Additional requirements and conditions apply and are disclosed fully in our detailed rental criteria / credit requirements. We adhere strictly to our established credit criteria in all cases.
We provide rental applications only after each proposed adult tenant completes reviews and signs our detailed rental criteria / credit requirements document and conducts an in-person walk-through of the unit. We do not offer or accept online applications.
