You will have a private 2-room suite with a full bath. The bedroom includes a full bed w/8-in memory foam mattress & additional 3-in foam topper, 2 closets, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. The private living room includes a 32" smart TV, recliner, desk, microwave, Keurig, mini-fridge, and pantry.

There is a solid-core door in the hallway to the suite with key-pad lock, providing additional privacy, security, and sound proofing.

Shared spaces are a modern kitchen, laundry room, deck, and main entrance. You will have one designated covered parking space.
