This home includes two off-street parking spaces, a small fenced yard, and in-unit laundry. All utilities—water, trash, electricity, and gas—are included in the rent.

Located in East Golden, you'll be close to shopping, light rail, commuting routes, hiking and biking trails, Colorado School of Mines, NREL, and the Denver West business center.

The initial lease term runs through July 31, 2026. Renewal Option TBD. Pets are welcome (up to two adult animals) with additional screening and approval. A $300 refundable pet deposit and $35 monthly pet fee apply.



Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Garbage disposal is not to be used. Fireplace has been capped off and is non-functional. There is a sump-pump plugged in and should not be unplugged. This unit has a shared furnace and the thermostat is controlled by the upstairs occupant. To avoid risk of fire, space heaters are not permitted.



Utility and fee disclosure: Basic utilities of water, sewer, garbage, gas, and electricity are included with the rent. Residents are responsible for acquiring internet and renters' insurance.



Pursuant to Colorado House Bill 23-1099, applicants have the right to provide a portable tenant screening report (PTSR) to the landlord. The PTSR must have been prepared within the last 30 days by a consumer reporting agency, be made available to the landlord by the applicant at no cost, and include the applicant's name, contact information, verification of employment and income, rental and credit history, and criminal history. If a compliant PTSR is provided, the landlord cannot charge an additional screening fee. If no PTSR is provided, a standard application fee of $50 may apply.
