Application information:
- All prospective tenants (18 or older) must complete an application and pay the application fee.
- A full credit and background check will be run on each applicant.
- A $40.00 application fee is required.
- The application fee is non-refundable!
Our required standards for qualifying to rent a home are:
- We limit the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom.
- Your gross monthly income must equal three times or more the monthly rent.
- You must have a favorable credit history.
- You must be employed and/or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
- You must have good housekeeping, payment, and maintenance references from all previous Landlords.
- Compensating factors can include additional requirements such as double deposit and/or a cosigner.
- Tenants are required to carry renter's insurance for the full term of the lease.
