---> For a booking that is 3 months or less, security deposit is non-refundable $500 (OAC).

---> For a booking that is over 3 months, deposit is same as rent (OAC), and is fully refundable after cleaning, patch/paint, carpet cleaning, and any other repairs needed as a result of tenancy.

LEASE INITIATION FEE (One-Time): $150

APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:

• $40 fee per adult 18+.

• Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.

• Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).

• Require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).

• Required photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
