ROOM: Rent (10x12 ft.), with own full bath, wood floors in shared space, use of kitchen. SDGE to be split- internet, water, sewer, and trash will be covered by me.

IDEAL ROOMMATE: Someone who seeks non-indoor smoking, non-excessive drinking, and drug-free environment (420 friendly), as well as who is considerate of others, fairly quiet, financially responsible and all-the-way-around clean. Guests are welcomed, but single occupancy please- no semi live-ins or pets.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is equal months rent ($1,000). At move-out, security deposit is returned in full if room is released in same condition, such as damage free, clean and clear of belongings.

TERMS: Month-to-month rental agreement. Only interested in verifiable information, such as income, credit score and emergency contact, etc. Home-based work through company is accepted- self-employed requires tax returns to prove steady and stable income. No need to submit personal bio or photos.

QUESTIONS: Due to scammers please do not send me a site asking me to open or tell me the room is for a sister or ask me to call a family member or offer to pay $5,000 in advance or inform me you are looking on behalf of a friend. If you are interested, simply call to set date/time to see the room.
