Pet-friendly up to 2 50+ lb dogs living full-time at the home and up to 2 cats living in the home for the term lease. Pets must be licensed and/or pet vaccinations in compliance with local law. Pet waste must be cleaned by the tenants on a bi-weekly basis, pets can only be off-leash in a closed fenced backyard, and are required to be house-trained.
Bimonthly yardwork is included in rent.
This is a non-smoking property.
Renters insurance is required for all tenants
Date Available: Sep 1st, 2025. $3,400/month rent. $2,000 refundable security deposit required. The first months rent is required before move-in, and a security deposit can be paid in installments if needed.
