Rental Guidelines:

• Move-In/Out: City Heights charges a non-refundable $300 fee for each move in/out and requires 5 business days notice once a lease is signed. Moves can be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday. Moving companies will be need to sign a Moving Co. agreement and provide a certificate of insurance with liability and workers comp. coverage.
