$5,500 - 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom House In Falmouth With Great Amenities

Respectfully, please read income and credit score criteria prior to applying. First and last months rent in addition to a security deposit (plus a pet fee when applicable) are required upon signing. Personal checks not accepted, only cashiers checks.

This is a nice and spacious home in a private setting and a safe neighborhood, approx. 7 miles to downtown Portland and close to all amenities and the Falmouth schools.

Recently finished, large ground floor space with new flooring (on the same level as the garages). All bedroom floors were recently replaced with long-lasting pressed composite wood overlaid with an image of various types of wood (only ground floor stairs have carpet on them for security reasons).

Tenant is responsible for all utilities/amenities and consumables, snow removal and lawns (will share contact of a service provider for consideration by applicant).

Water well present on the property- an advanced water-filtration system is installed, the consumables of which (2 filters and specific Morton salts changed twice per year based on use) are the tenants responsibility. The maintenance and repair of this system is the owners responsibility.

With prior reasonable notice to the tenant, access to the property will be required for maintenance and repairs. Owner is responsible for opening and closing the pool, maintenance, repairs and renovations. Security system with cameras is installed - highly recommended to activate.

The property has two garages and ample parking space outside.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house.

Swimming skills are required as the house has a large pool.

This is a large and private property the grounds of which requires ongoing maintenance and care by the tenant.

Only mature and responsible applicants with good communication skills will be considered.

Renters insurance: proof by way of a fully-paid binder is required prior to moving in.
