One of my tenants is moving out at the end of July and I'm looking for someone to take his room which will be available starting August 1st.
The place is a decently large 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. The room has a wardrobe and a dresser with the option to use a full sized I have if desired. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The basement used to have a setup for a projector with a projector screen but the projector no longer works but could be replaced. The basement also has plenty of room for a desk if necessary.
My current tenant, Harrison is a great guy and a great roommate. I was living there until recently so I can confidently say he's an excellent roommate and communicator so he is always down to work together to resolve any roommate disputes that arise. He does have a dog, she's very friendly and loves people and other dogs but can be a little territorial with other female dogs so preferably male dogs only.
Rent: $900
Utilities: $100 flat rate
