Enjoy our customizable LED up lighting in the crown molding throughout the condo, including both bedrooms. Our Island Oasis has WiFi, Hulu Live TV and many additional streaming options. Ocean Towers is a community that consists of two buildings with one hundred and fifty-eight units. The amenities include private beach access via a boardwalk over the dunes, a swimming pool, two tennis courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard and a club house which serves as the backdrop for regular social activities. Attentive onsite property manager, gated community, onsite car wash, and plenty of parking. Located within minutes of downtown Jensen Beach, lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
ONE MONTH MINIMUM
Guests must follow policies of Ocean Towers Condominium Association. You will be required to fill out a rental application for the HOA along with a $150.00 (subject to change) application fee. HOA RULES:
SMOKING:
This is a smoke-free building. No smoking permitted inside condo, balcony, pool and any building common areas except for the parking lot.
PETS:
Only unit owners are permitted to have a pet. Lessees and guests may not have pets at any time.
KEYS:
Keys to the unit, common area, and gate are to be obtained from the unit owner.
CANOPY & CARTS:
Parking under the canopy is only allowed for ten minutes. Grocery carts are not to be left in unit or on catwalk. They must be returned to the trash room.
REGISTERED GUESTS:
Guests are not allowed to use the facilities without the tenant being present. The office and host need to be notified of all guests. Guests must have a parking permit and provide office with phone number. No more than six people are allowed in each condo.
TRASH:
All trash must be disposed of properly. Anything put in dumpster must be bagged. Observe the recycling law in relation to newspapers, cans, bottles, and plastics.
GRILLING:
Grilling is prohibited on the balcony or anywhere on the property.
VEHICLES:
No commercial vans or trucks, motorcycles, motor homes, boats or trailers permitted. Any of these will be towed. Personal pick-up trucks must have tonneau covers. For sale signs on cars are prohibited. Cars cannot be backed into spaces. No car repairs allowed in parking lot.
POOL & ATTIRE:
Wear shoes & cover-ups in the elevators. Food is prohibited in the pool and common areas. Drinking containers must be plastic or cans. No glass. No diving or loud music. No towels on railings or lounge chairs on catwalk.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Turn off water when not in unit for an extended period of time. Only annual tenants have their names on the roster at the gate. No crossing over bushes to get to the highway.
House Rules
No smoking anywhere in the condo, patio, catwalk, pool, or around the building. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot.
