This unfurnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 5 story building. Enjoy plenty of direct sun in this south facing apartment through the bay window. Living here you will hear noise from the street... not only traffic noise, but people noise too since it can be a busy area. We're looking for tenants who are sound sleepers for this apartment.
Updated kitchen features a checkerboard floor, gas range, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Laminate wood floors. Boeddeker Park across the street: Recently renovated urban park features beautiful gardens, workout equipment, outdoor seating, basketball half-court, and community clubhouse.

$1495 first month's rent + $1700 deposit = $3195 due at lease signing.
