6. What credit score do I need? Typically, a 650 or better score.

7. Do you accept people with evictions? No, there are no exceptions.

8. Do you accept co-signers? No.

9. Do you accept no credit? No.

10. Do you accept people without a Social Security number? No.

11. Laundry? The washer and dryer are in the unit.

12. Parking? Two spaces assigned. One is under a carport.

13. Is there Air Conditioning? This home does not have AC. You are encouraged to get some portable AC units

14. Appliances? The stove, oven, and Washer/Dryer are included. The tenant is responsible for repairs. This home does not have a refrigerator.

15. What is the income requirement? Typically, it is two times the rent amount. You must submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. Suppose you collect payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, Retirement). If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements. Please send those to our email.
