700–745 – $1000 Security Deposit

Application Fee $55.00 non-refundable paid to third-party. 3x rent required income, cosigners accepted.

$250 holding fee

Security Deposit based on credit ($250 holding fee will be applied to Security Deposit)

Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $120

Small dogs and cats welcome! $250 refundable pet deposit – $40 pet rent per month per pet.

Bike storage $35/month.

Parking $200 / month garage; $150 / month surface.

Monthly utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity based on number of occupants:

1 Occ = $110

2 Occ = $185

3 Occ = $245

Each additional Occ + $60
