Furnished Master Bedroom Shared House Living

I’m sharing a house with a private master bedroom, complete with a private bathroom and closet (it’s currently a pantry). The rest of the house is shared, but there’s plenty of space in the backyard for storage or other things.

The house is pet-friendly and has some workout equipment in the garage (it’s a bit of a mess right now as well as the whole house in these pictures, sorry about that), which can be used if wanted. Just looking for someone to occupy the room and put it to use.

I have been doing a lot of renovation to the house, such as the inside being freshly painted, new appliances being put in, and soon to be painted exterior, as well as a new roof. There is parking in garage for a bike or something small but not much room inside for a full sized vehicle unless re arranged things differently. There’s parking in the backyard if preferred or driveway. Also always street parking available. I will be getting WiFi soon for the house.

A little about myself is that I’m a 22-year-old male, working in the Iuec Local 140. I’m usually home in the afternoon and nights, Monday-Thursday. On my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling, and have been renovating the house.
