If you're going a little farther you're still close to I-55, I-44 or 64-40!
PARKING: Street parking is almost always available on either side directly in front and almost exclusively used by the building!
LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities in the building with coin-operated machines.
UTILITIES: Water, sewer, and trash are covered in the rent. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric expenses.
LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve month lease. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day).
