To insure full return of your deposit, each resident will be accompanied by a member of the Lofts at 777 Sixth Avenue staff on a "pre/post" move in/out inspection of the area to be traveled during the move. Please make your check payable to "Lofts at 777 Sixth Avenue Owners Association".
0. Prior to any move, residents shall provide The Association with a certificate of insurance for workers' compensation and liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000.00 for the moving company, naming the Lofts at 777 Sixth Avenue Owners Association as additionally insured.
1. Moving is prohibited Sundays and holidays unless other arrangements are made in advance and approved by the Association or designated management representative.
2. Your moving company must carry all trash and debris off-site on a daily basis. There is a possibility that residents may make arrangements for an extra trash bin. Please contact the Association for further details.
3. Moving vans must be operated in such a way so as not to obstruct entries, exits or walkways.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of applying
