● 4-Bedroom Shared Apartment: This apartment is designed for co-living, offering private bedrooms with shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and a comfortable living area cleaned weekly.
● Private Bedroom Features:
○ Furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, nightstand, and flat-screen TV.
○ Linens, towels, and pillows provided.
○ High-speed 5G internet included.
○ Your own personal space within our community of academics, researchers, and creatives fostering both privacy and connection in a collaborative living environment.
Shared Apartment Amenities:
● Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances & utensils for cooking and meal prep.
● Comfortable Living Area: Furnished and designed for relaxation or study.
● Shared Bathrooms: Regularly maintained by our staff for a clean and convenient living experience.
● Bi-Weekly Housekeeping: Common areas (including bathrooms) are cleaned bi-weekly to maintain a tidy environment.

○ $1275 for a private bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment.
○ Flexible move-in / out dates
Deposit is $1,000 for under 60 day stays, and it is equal to one month of rent for over 60 days.
Fees & Terms:
● One-Time Fees:
○ $50 non-refundable confirmation fee
○ $150 onboarding fee, covering onboarding and a full-service move-out cleaning
● Minimum Stay: 30 days required.
● No hidden costs: All utilities, internet, and services are covered by the rent.
