The laundry room is located in the oversized, single-car garage that offers a lot of extra storage space.
The expansive backyard features a gentle slope, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the covered front porch and open upper back deck offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Due to septic requirements, no more than 4 roommates are allowed.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with yard care included in the monthly rent. Central heat and air, with a propane furnace and gas logs.
