Our house is an oasis in the middle of Northern Virginia. Surrounded by woods and next door to a park with a small lake, this idyllic spot can only be described as serene. Newly gut renovated in 2024, everything in this house is brand new. You would share the house with us, the owners and our small dog, and have access to the kitchen, laundry, and all amenities. The room is on the basement floor which has a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchenette. We love to cook and eat and sit by the fire in the winter or watch movies in our dedicated movie and game room in the basement.

We are two husbands in our 30s and live with our small dog. We work in finance and education. Though originally from NYC, we've lived in NoVa for the past seven years. We value our peace and quiet and are looking for someone to share this wonderful home with who also likes a peaceful environment. We sometimes have a friend or two come for dinner or games, but it doesn't get crazier than that.
