A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month per pet
A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month per pet
Pets not covered by [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] screening are treated with a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.
Animal Acceptability
Tanked, caged, or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages, and lizards in an enclosure.
Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances.
Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits. Residents are held responsible for any damages or maintenance related to the assistance animal.
