Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

The space:
This Flexhome is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine.
HVAC systems are controlled by the buildings management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. A space heater and room fan are also provided for convenience.
Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, weve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.
Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two.

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 72 which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
Other things to note:
- The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a low curb but it does not have a traditional tub
- The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each
- Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute. Minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isnt properly disposed of

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
