This unfurnished apartment is located on the top floor of a 5 story building, facing south so it gets lots of direct sun! Kitchen features a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. Murphy bed and laminate wood floor in the main living area. Full size mattress is provided, or tenant can bring in their own mattress, or even their own bed and leave Murphy bed closed. Private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Large closets. Electric heat.
Utilities: Tenant pays electric. Owner pays gas, water and garbage.
The building: very clean and maintained well by a professional Property Manager, as well as a Resident Manager who lives on site. You can pay your rent online and submit maintenance requests online.
Coin operated washers and dryers in the building are available to use 24 hours per day.
State of the art digital surveillance system.
Within 2 blocks: Union Square shopping & Powell Street BART/Muni Station.
Boeddeker Park across the street: This modern urban park features beautiful gardens, workout equipment, outdoor seating, basketball half-court, and community clubhouse.
One cat will be considered on a case by case basis with good landlord references and additional $500 deposit. Dogs are not permitted.
No garage onsite, however there are several garages/lots nearby where parking can be rented on a monthly basis for ~$350/month.

$40.00 application fee. Qualified applicants will have established a good credit history, and meet minimum income requirements. Co-signers will not be accepted.
A note about the video: the full size mattress in the Murphy bed is no longer brand new. You have options: 1) use this mattress which we'll provide a brand new cover for, 2) bring your own full sized mattress and we'll throw ours out, 3) bring your own bed of any size and leave the Murphy bed closed and it will be as if it's not even there.
