In back there is a shared garden, sundeck, laundry facility, covered sitting area, covered dining area, and a propane grill. Preferential street parking permits can be issued and the cost is $25. for 3 months.
This guesthouse is a good fit for a person who is relocating to Los Angeles or someone who travels to LA so frequently that having their own place here makes more sense than constantly renting hotels.
