This private room is the perfect place to nest. Its fully furnished, including a desk, dresser, nightstand, and bed. It is the only bedroom on the upper level, so youll enjoy a good amount of privacy.

Utilities are all included in the rent and the home has coded locks, so youll have secure an easy entry. Parking is on-street, with ample parking available.
Youll have access to all common areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and lower bathroom.
The home is walking distance to great attractions, including The Mitten Brewing, The Comedy Project, Bridge St Market, and all of restaurants on Bridge St. Its centered between a number of hospitals and close to GRCC.
The rent is $700 and includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, internet).
The home is shared with homeowner (32 non-binary), and her two children, 6 and 4 years old. Also, two kittens.
No pets will be allowed (with few exceptions) and all smoking is strictly prohibited.
You will be expected to submit a background and credit check.
Will prefer AFAB applicants or applicants with childcare experience, but all are welcome to apply.
This will be for a 3-6 month lease, ideally. Please, no couples.
Applications requirements:
650 credit score or higher, no past evictions. Please provide proof you make 3x the rent. Criminal backgrounds will be evaluated on an individual basis.
