QUALIFICATION INFORMATION:
Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income.
CREDIT SCORE- 650 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score (due to meeting income requirements and good rental history), at least a double deposit would be required. If accepted with a credit score of 650 or higher the security deposit is generally the same as 1 month’s rent ($1,650.00).
RENTAL HISTORY- We verify applicants are in good standing with their current and/or previous landlords and that no unpaid rent/fees are due to current and/or previous landlords. Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years.
INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3x the market rent (i.e. $1650 x 3)
APPLICATIONS & FEES:
Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application. NO ZILLOW APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED. The only applications accepted are through our company website at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] There is a one-time admin fee of $75.00 (total), which is only due if approved and at the same time as first month's rent. This rental is managed through Better Homes & Gardens EP in Augusta, GA.
We are only able to hold a unit for a move-in scheduled for up to 2 WEEKS from the date of acceptance IF the security deposit is paid and the lease is signed by all applicants within 48 HOURS of acceptance. Acceptance generally is known within 24-48 hours of someone placing their application(s) if all required documentation is submitted and received.
