Included in your rent is trash. 12-month leases starting at $595.00 per month (this is slightly higher due to this being a larger unit and having washer / dryer connections). There is a $50.00 application fee, and the deposit is based off your background, but generally $100-$500.
You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.
West Colonial is conveniently located close to USI, Bristol Myers, University Shopping and the Mesker Park Zoo. Coming west on Lloyd Expressway, take the North Barker Exit. Stay on Barker thru the stop sign and then go left at the T on Mt. Vernon Ave.. Go to the top of the hill and turn right at the 4 way stop on Harmony Way. Go past Mater Dei High School and then take a left on Rodenberg and we are on your left.
