The Building is a classic Spanish style. The apartment has been entirely renovated in August 2019. All the furniture is brand new. Blinds on every windows for privacy and shade.
Note that this apartment has no private parking and we don't provide permits.
Daily paid parking is available at -221 N. Crescent Garage-
nightly : $2 after 6 PM until 7 AM
daily : $5 before 10 AM until 2 AM.
