Apartments have wood floors, nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops and radiant heat. All utilities are included except internet and there are laundry facilities on the 4th floor. Parking is for residents only at $100 monthly. This is a secure, non-smoking building that does not allow pets.
The building is managed by Square One Management, Inc., and we pride ourselves on taking resident requests seriously and creating a positive living environment and relationship with residents. Our application system and leasing process is all completed online and we have an easy online payment system so each resident can pay their portion of the monthly rent payment online.
