Description

This North Idaho home is a sweet retreat from the big city. At 924 square feet, this 1985 home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking space for two cars, and a green grassy yard, all in a very close-knit community in a rustic setting surrounded by North Idaho trees.

The home includes a carport for easy parking right next to the house. The front door of the home sits on a small porch under the carport awning. Upon initial entry into the home, you step right into the home's expansive living room with a high ceiling, a ceiling fan light fixture, and large windows on both sides of the room bringing in a lot of extra natural light. The kitchen and the dining area are immediately adjacent.

The laundry nook features washer and dryer hookups available for tenants to use. The back door leads to the green grassy yard adjacent to the home. The yard on this side of the home is fully fenced, making it an ideal location for private family gatherings and for children to play in.

A hallway adjacent to the living room leads to two guest bedrooms and to the guest bathroom. Guest bedroom number one has a sliding double door closet, some built-in shelving, and a private entrance into the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub and shower and a sink vanity with a cupboard. Guest bedroom number two is the smallest bedroom in the home and includes a sliding double door closet.

Floors in the kitchen and in the bathrooms are laminate floors. The rest of the home is fully carpeted. All windows come with venetian blinds installed. Heat in the home is provided by a thermostat-controlled forced air gas furnace. There is a small storage shed in the carport.

Access to Highway 95 is approximately four blocks east from the home. This highway is your main thoroughfare taking you north to Sandpoint or south to Coeur d'Alene.
