Just two blocks off Water St on 434 Niagara St, three bedroom, two bathrooms, no waiting for your roommate to get out of the bathroom! Water/Sewer, and trash services are allocated monthly for an additional $120. All other utilities are separately metered and are the tenant’s responsibility. Lawn care and snow removal are the tenant’s responsibility. Sorry, no pets.
