NOTE, there will be an additional charge of $150 per month added to the rent (over and above the $900 base rental rate) to cover the cost of water, electric, and trash. So, the total rent amount per month INCLUDING water and electric is $1,350.
Lease requirements include:
- $25 application fee (applied to first months rent if you sign a lease)
- First and last months rent
- $500 Security deposit.
- 12 month lease
