- Studios & 1-Bedrooms: Walk-in showers, built-in seating, handheld showerheads, microwaves (Convection Oven for 1st floor units), refrigerators, and (in every upstairs units) ovens/ranges.
- 2-Bedrooms: These units include two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Each unit provides comfort with updated fixtures and appliances (all 2 bedrooms have oven/ranges).
Bundled Utilities:
Living here is simple with all-inclusive monthly utility fees covering power, gas, water, septic, & trash. We also offer a complimentary shared community Wi-Fi network for our tenants, as well as 6 on-site laundry rooms and assigned parking make daily life a breeze.
Rental Requirements:
To maintain a welcoming community, we have rental criteria that all applicants must meet with a credit score of 600+, income at 2.5x monthly rent, and a clean rental history. We also screen all of our potential tenants with a background check.
Those needing co-signers are also welcome. Our easy $29 application process covers background checks and references, with co-signer options and 12-month pre-paid lease terms available.
