We pay for all the utilities besides TV service. This apartment is also pet friendly. Also available is short term month to month leasing.
Long Term Lease is for a 1 year lease at $975/month which includes all utilities except electricity and TV Service. Short term month-to-month price is $1,300 with $600.00 security deposit. Month-to-month lease only requires a seven day notice of departure so any rent paid past the seven day notice can be refunded.
