13. What is the income requirement? Typically, it is two times the rent amount. You must submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. Suppose you collect payments from a third source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, or Retirement). If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
