Peak Season

Averaging of Rent for Overlapping Tenancies

If a tenancy begins or ends in a month that overlaps multiple seasonal periods, the monthly rent shall be prorated and averaged based on the number of days spent in each season, calculated as follows:

• (Number of days in Peak Season × Daily Peak Rate)

• + (Number of days in Shoulder Season × Daily Shoulder Rate)

• + (Number of days in Off-Season × Daily Off-Season Rate)
