Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $800 for studios and 1-bedrooms, or $900 for 2-bedroom units; required upon approval. An additional deposit may be necessary if credit exceptions are approved or if a co-signer is needed.
Lease Terms:
Lease end dates of 03/31, 04/30, 05/31, 06/30, 07/31, 8/31. No winter lease end dates; no month-to-month leases. Requires minimum 2 full months' notice to renew / vacate.
Utilities:
• Residents pay 100% of their electric bill through Xcel Energy.
